Section 1: Identification

  • Product Name: Photosensitive Resin / UV Resin / Shadowless Glue

  • Chemical Nature: Polymer monomers, prepolymers, and photo-initiators/photosensitizers

  • Curing Mechanism: Polymerization occurs under UV light (wavelength 250–405 nm)


Section 2: Hazard Identification

Classification of the substance or mixture:

  • Serious Eye Damage/Irritation – Category 1 (H318)

  • Skin Sensitization – Category 1 (H317)

  • Specific Target Organ Toxicity (Repeated Exposure) – Category 2 (H373)

Label Elements (GHS):

  • ⚠️ Danger

  • Hazard Statements:

    • H318: Causes serious eye damage

    • H317: May cause an allergic skin reaction

    • H373: May cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure

  • Precautionary Statements:

    • P280: Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, and eye protection

    • P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing

    • P310: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician

    • P302+P352: IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water

    • P314: Get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell

  • Additives: Ultraviolet initiator and/or photosensitizer


Section 4: First Aid Measures

  • Eye Contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of clean water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Seek immediate medical attention.

  • Skin Contact: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing. Seek medical attention if irritation or allergic reaction develops.

  • Inhalation: Move person to fresh air. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice.

  • Ingestion: Rinse mouth with water. Do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention if you feel unwell.
